I walked from Sapporo Station to Chikaho, ate some creme d'ange on the way, bought some souvenir sweets, and my bag was full. It was getting dark and it would be nice to have dinner. Should I go back to the hotel to leave my luggage, or go straight? When I came out of Chikaho, snow started falling as the weather forecast predicted. There was a fair amount of snow, and once I went back, I wouldn't want to go out again. Maybe I should just go with the flow. I got on the streetcar from Tanukikoji to Nakajima Koen-dori. It's not too far to walk, but it's really tiring for a beginner to walk on a snowy road lol. I want to make it a little easier. The restaurant I'm heading for is right in the middle between Nakajima Koen-dori Station to the east and Nishisen 11-jo Station to the west. This situation is the same as Ramen restaurant in the morning... It's surrounded by streetcars, but it's far from the station lol. I got off the train and walked slowly, and found a Western Cuisine with lights on. I entered the restaurant, brushing off the snow, and there were no customers there yet. I was shown to the counter at the back. I had eaten a lot, so I wasn't starving, but I could have eaten a normal meal. I looked at the menu while consulting with my stomach. My favorite was pork chops, so I came here. Before coming to Hokkaido, I saw an online article about another Konoyoshi restaurant, and it featured pork chops. After seeing that, I came to Minami 12jo, which is a different branch but is relatively close to the hotel I was staying at. I had never eaten pork chops in Hokkaido, and even in Tokyo they were not that good? I wanted to try the pork chops served at a Western Western Cuisine in Hokkaido. Looking at the menu, I found a combination of pork chops and Hamburg, and ordered rice and iced tea, since I had already drunk a lot of coffee. After receiving my order, the kitchen was lit up and the staff became busy, and the place became lively. Then, strangely enough, orders from other groups of customers and Uber? started coming in later. I'm a little happy that I came at a good time. A plate of Hamburg and pork chops arrives, piled high. It looks delicious. It's overflowing with demi-glace sauce and ketchup sauce lol. You can also have one bun with rice, of course. Sauce rice is delicious! The specialty of the restaurant itself is Hamburg steaks, and they have a policy of closing when they run out of Hamburg steaks. When I put a knife into Hamburg, the meat juices oozed out on top of the overflowing demi-glace sauce. The outside was crispy and the inside was plump and juicy, a perfect example of how well it was cooked. I coated it with plenty of sauce and took a bite. It was just as delicious as it looked. The pork chops were also cut with a knife, and of course they were more chewy than Hamburg. The contrast was fun. It wasn't hard, and there were no strange streaks. The pork fat was sweet, and it went well with the sweet and sour ketchup sauce. Once you get to this point, you won't be able to stop eating rice. At the end, it's so mixed that you can't tell if it's demi-glace sauce or ketchup lol, but it's still delicious. Hmm, this Western Cuisine restaurant's Hamburg is delicious, and the pork chops are delicious too. There are many other menus, and of course it's good to have wine with it. It seems easy to use, and above all, it tastes good. Another delicious restaurant has been added to my repertoire.
