辛辛チキン+今日の野菜 1,000円 バスマティライスに変更+200円
電車通りにあるスリランカカレーのお店、パニカフェへ。
店内は席も多くないですが、ちょうどいいタイミングでカウンター席に。キョロキョロしたくなる店内は、スリランカの雰囲気が出ていて、気さくな店主さんが一人で対応しています。
お肉と野菜のカレーからなり、お肉は定番、辛辛チキンを。
野菜は、2種類から選べて、今日の野菜は小松菜で、季節の野菜はズッキーニ。小松菜をチョイス。ご飯はスパイスカレーにあうバスマティライスに。
待つ間は店内をキョロキョロ。目を惹く雑貨なとが飽きさせません。
プレートに大きなお皿でカレーが供されます。いい香り。
中央のバスマティライスをお肉カレーと野菜カレーで挟んで、間を豆カレー、サラダでぐるっと囲みます。
お肉カレーをひと口食べたら、スパイスの香りが広がって、なんとも美味い！シャバシャバのカレーがライスに合います。野菜カレーもスパイスは効いているものの辛さはややマイルド。
お肉カレーと野菜カレー、豆カレーは混ぜても美味しい。
スパイスが効いていますが、辛さはそれほど。ただ発汗しますね。
デザートのヨーグルトはチーズのよう。
手間隙かかったスリランカカレー、心に残る一品です。
店主さんの気遣い、丁寧さを感じるお店でした。
