まず、ハス茶は淹れ方がわからず調べてから淹れました笑 茶葉の入ったポットにお湯を入れ、さらにそこから茶のみに注ぐ時に茶こしで茶葉を受け止めるスタイルですたぶん。
サラダは酸味のある独特な味をしていて、えびせんの上に乗せて食べるんですが、あんまりえびせんとあってる気はしなかったなぁ。別々に食べたい感じでした。
生春巻きは大きくて、つけるソースも甘めで美味しかったです！！！！
食べ応え満点でした！これは頼んだ方がいいかも。
バインセオも、パリパリの生地の中に、もやしが入っていて、パクチー、しそ、ミントなどの草たちを自分で米のシートに巻いて食べるのです、そして、また甘めのソースをつけます。
これがもう新食感だし、食べたことない味だし、美味！！！！
巻物の中にパリパリした食感があるってなんか不思議な感じなんだけど、すごい全てが調和してるんです。
これは素晴らしい食べ物。
揚げ餅も、もちもち系じゃなくて、芋もちみたいなあんまり弾力のない餅なので食べやすかったです。
味付けはトッポギのタレみたいな甘辛い感じで卵が絡んでます
プリンは濃厚固め系だけど、そこまで固くはない
緑米は、なんかあまくて、餅米みたいでおなぎみたいな味で、おはぎにアイス乗せた感じで別々に食べたい感じでした。
異国の食べたことない味が食べられてよかったです
