お仕事関係の人との食事会での利用です。
中島公園のそばの路地にひっそりと佇むお店。
中は撮れませんでしたが、かわいらしい古民家風な店内です。
最初に出てきた取り皿がキッチュでかわいい～☆彡
まずはベトナムビールで乾杯しつつ、主催者が色々オーダーしてくれました。
最初に出てきたのは、具だくさんの蒸したまご
キッシュのようなビジュアルですが、アジアンな味です。
おこげのようなメニューの名前はわかりませんが、サクサクして、ベトナムの辛い調味料をお好みでかけていただくようです。
バインセオは、他店でも食べたことがありますが、こちらではライスペーパーを水で浸してやわらかくしてからこのバインセオをくるんで食べるスタイル。
本場はそうなのかな？
はじめてでしたが、固いライスペーパーがお水でみるみるやわらかくなる様も楽しいです☆彡
他にも、色々食べたけど、全部写真は撮れませんでした。
ほんとはバインミーが大好きなんだけど、結構お酒を飲んでそこまで行きつけませんでしたが、デザートはしっかりいただきました。ｗｗ
仙草入りのチェーです。
仙草はからだの熱を取る効果があるそうですが、既に北海道は寒くなりかけの夜でしたが、今年初の仙草を食べられて、満足でした♪
飲みほメニューにはベトナムワインなんかもあるので、飲みも食事も楽しめるお店だと思います。
女子が好きそうなかわいらしい店内で、また機会があれば訪問したいですね。
