郷土料理は、行くのに勇気がいりますが、食べやすいお味でした。三大美食トルコ料理の実力なのが、日本ナイズされているのかはわかりませんが、エスニックながら食べやすいお味でした。
私はランチの野菜グラタン、連れは鯖サンド。
私の野菜グラタンには、スープが付いてこなくてサラダで、不満だったのですが、野菜グラタンが来て納得。これ、スープ料理だわ。
付け合わせは、パンとなっていましたが、店主から、バターライスにもできますよ、と言われてバターライスにしましたが、これが正解。塩味の効いたバター控えめなインディカ米が、野菜グラタンに合う。でも、パンも食べてみたかったかも。次回だな。
プチデザートのトルコアイスは、弾力のある驚きの食感。これは食べる価値あり。
お茶は変わった形のティーカップで、ストレートティーが提供されました。異国料理を食べに行った時は、こういう異国情緒が大事ですよね。
次回は、ぜひ夜に行きたいと思います。
