ランチメニューの中から、
レバテキ定食900円をお願いしました。
サイコロ状にカットされた豚レバー、
臭みもなく、モソモソ感もなく柔らかい。
濃いめで甘辛な味付けがご飯と合う。
生の玉ねぎと黄身と一緒に食べるのも旨い。
小鉢は、オクラ・鴨肉・うどの酢味噌。
炊きたてのご飯が美味い。
味噌汁は豆腐とワカメ、ちょっと濃いめで
ぬるめ。
次回は、麻婆豆腐定食か味噌ラーメンを
食べてみたいと思います。
