定宿としているホテルから近くて、普段行きつけに出来る居酒屋を見つけようよ！と、検索しつつ候補に上がったのがこちら。食べログサイトからの予約にて訪問だ。鴨々川沿いの小路沿いに静かに佇む居酒屋。カウンターにテーブルのコンパクト構成だ。

味は大衆居酒屋として悪くない。手作りをベースに頑張っている。生ラムタタキや自家製レバーパテが中々美味しかった。同行の彼女はタコ刺しに付いてくる「味付き吸盤」が気に入ったよう。
丁重なご主人やフレンドリーな女性スタッフの応対を含め、特に大きな不満は感じなかったが、オーダーのタイミングだったり、食べたいメニューの品切れが重なったりと、目に見えない微妙な「波長の合わなさ」があった事は事実。
通うと馴染んできたり、更なる魅力に気付いたりはしそうだが、私としてはわざわざピンポイントでこの店を目掛けて・・・とはならなさそうだ。
ただし程好く酔って、お互い良い気分。さてと… どうしようか。
