大繁盛の隠れ家
地下鉄中島公園駅の裏手のマンションの1Fに入っているお店。こじんまりしたお店ですが、かなり繁盛している様子でした。表通りからはわから小路にあるので、地元の方がいらしているようです。一人なのでカウンターにお邪魔しましたが、カウンターの他のお客さんも近くのマンションにお住まいの常連さんの様子でした。
肝心の料理は、バリエーションも程よくあって、色々楽しめます。
「牛ハツ刺」は初めて頂いたのですが、メッチャ美味しかったです。寒い日だったのでおでんもいただきましたが、美味しかったです。
お店の店員さんも気さくな感じで、滞在中もう一度行こうと思ったのですが、前を通るといつも満席でした。またの機会に！

1年ぶり、二度目の来店。
出張仕事の遅い晩御飯でうかがいました。
遅めの時間ですがほぼ満席。カウンターが1席空いていたのでご案内頂きました。
つきだしはサーモンのフライ？自家製と思われるタルタルっぽいソースで頂きます。美味い！つきだしからコレは期待できる奴です。
そして、前回も美味しかった「地鶏モモたたき」を再び頂きます。やっぱ美味い！火の入り加減が絶妙です。
そして、今回は「濃厚手作りレバーパテ」を頂きました。このレバーパテが本当に美味しい！お土産用に売ってほしい位！
さらにカウンターにそそり立つ太くて大きなアスパラから目が離せず「アスパラの天ぷら」をオーダー。あっさり塩で頂きますが、もうアスパラの風味が最高です。
ちょっと食べ過ぎだなと思いつつもシメに「辛モツそば」を頂きました。辛いモノ好きにはたまらないです。辛いの苦手な人にはややハードくらいの絶妙な辛さ。とにかくスープが美味しくて細めのそばにしっかり絡んで美味いです！
