半田屋でオヤツを食べました。
コーヒーを探します。
目的のカレー屋さんが開店するまでに少し時間があります。
おっ、なんか美味しそうな店構えの喫茶店があるので入っ
てみます。
開けると欧米か？
外人がたくさんいます！
この頃はまだコロナが他人事だったので、混んでいても気
になりませんでした。
カウンターに座って、
マンデリン ビンタン リマ 450円
解説を見るとマンデリンの中でも優秀ぽいですね！
サイフォンのコーヒーは香りたつのが特徴で、豆本来の味
を引き出すと言われています。
「私失敗しないので…」という淹れ方。
まさに気圧の原理を応用したヨーロッパの知恵ですね^_^
深みもあるしコクも苦味もいい感じです。
450円っていうのも本格的ストレートコーヒーにしては
リーズナブル‼️
サイフォンがズラリと並んだカウンターも雰囲気抜群！
気持ちのリフレッシュにもなりました(´∀｀)
