場所ですね、中央区は南８条西６丁目で電車通り沿いですが、やはり詳しい場所はいつも
のように食べログの地図で良〜く確認して下さい。
何やら巷の噂で、札幌ではかなり早く「つけ麺」の提供を行った「ほそ川」が、以前と同
じ場所で再開したとの情報で、やはりいつものように気になってお店に伺って来ました。
店前に到着すると以前と同じ場所に見覚えが有る暖簾がかかっています、それでは店前の
駐車場に車を停めてお店に向い、店前のメニューを確認して入店します。それでは次に３
人用のテーブル席に座ってメニューを確認して麺量２００ｇ「つけ麺」並を注文して出待
ちをします。
１１〜２分で登場します、麺が昔食べた時より太くなった感じがします。それでは先ずは
麺をつけ汁に浸けていただきます、魚介節出汁と動物系出汁のダブルスープのつけ汁で酸
味が昔より少なめな感じです。次に麺ですが、麺の断面がエッジが効いた太麺で、昔食べ
た麺とはかなり違う感じがします。後は具材ですが、つけ汁の中の切ったチャーシューと
刻んだ小ネギに、麺の上の板海苔が１枚でチョット寂しい具材です。そして最後の楽しみ
のスープ割ですが、白濁した軽い動物系のスープでした。
やはり昔食べた「つけ麺」とはチョット変化しましたが、また「ほそ川」が復活したこと
が一番嬉しかったです。
