ある日のお昼に気になっているお店に行きたいと実弟よりの希望で釜飯屋さんへ
隣は団子屋さん＾＾
昔、よく母に連れられて美味しい釜飯屋さんに行った思い出話をしながらメニューより注文
私は「特製五目釜飯」
弟は数量限定の「道産牛のやわらか煮と焼きトウモロコシの釜めし」
前客は二人～年齢層が高そう
釜めしですから ちゃっとお時間を頂きます
同時にテーブルに
初めての私達に食べ方の説明をしてくれます
最初はそのまま
次に薬味を入れて
最後に海苔をかけて御出汁でお茶漬けでどうぞ！！
いただきます。
ランチタイムには「お漬物・お味噌汁・茶碗蒸し」が付き
海老に鮭・鶏肉・アサリがいっぱいで具だくさんの釜めし
素材ひとつひとつちゃんと味がして
ひと口ひと口が美味しい！！
茶碗蒸しは小さいですがあんかけで味も好きです
弟の釜めしをちょっと頂き＾＾
トウモロコシが甘く香ばしいく
黒毛和牛すね肉は柔らかくトロトロでした
味はデミグラス
弟はお茶漬けにするのを忘れて完食！！
美味しい釜飯を食べて満足でした。
