釜飯が食べたいなぁ、っていう気分になって、札幌市内で検索したら、行ったことがなかったこちらのお店を発見。ランチの時間に行ってみました。
お店の横に駐車スペースがありますが、台数少なめなので、満車率高いと思います。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席があり、ちょうどカウンター席が空いたところだったので座れました。
美味しそうな釜飯メニューがいっぱいで迷いましたが、夫は鶏の釜飯、私は季節限定の舞茸とさんまの釜飯を注文。
覚悟はしてましたが、できあがりまでに30分ほど待ちます。
出てきた釜飯は、薬味やお味噌汁、茶碗蒸しも添えられています。
サンマも舞茸もたっぷり入っていて、旨味が染みたご飯と一緒に食べると格別！美味しくて笑顔になります。
お好みで海苔をかけて食べます。この海苔がまた風味がしっかりしていて、釜飯がさらに美味しくなります。
後半はお出汁をかけてひつまぶし風にします。
これはこれで最高です。
釜飯の美味しさを再確認しました。
