☆★スイーツEAST百名店2023★☆
札幌ツアーのスイーツ屋６軒目です。「柚子(¥612)」と「珈琲(¥400)」をチョイスです。北の大地を歩き回って疲れました。イートインしたら、マカロン1つサービスという太っ腹でした。

柚子は、上から柚子ムース、柚子ジュレ、ヘーゼルナッツっぽいチョコ味な感じがする3層構造。いちばん下の層も、どことなくゆずの味がする気が…。もはや、味覚崩壊。
でも、名前に負けず、かなりゆずを感じれて、さっぱりと美味しい仕上がりに。ほっぺの奥がキュッ！ってするくらい、ちょいと甘酸っぱい。うん。ジューシーであり美味しい。
珈琲は苦め。余韻が残る感じ。なのでケーキをまた食べたくなる。うまいことできてます。

休日の午後は、先客無し。ということで、快適購入です。
白を基調としたきれいなスイーツ店でした。
他のお客さんが、おすすめはありますか？って聞いたら、チョコ系が人気って言われてた。あ～！！間違えたかぁー。そんなことないか。
子供用の絵本が4冊あったが、そのうち1冊が漫☆画太郎の桃太郎。というあたりに親近感が湧いた。
