3月初めランチの後に訪問しました、
こちらのケーキが評価高いというので
とりあえずカットからと思い
☆ガドーフレーズ 600円税込
☆マルキーズ・ショコラ 630円税込
☆タルト・フリュイ・ルージュ 630円税込
3点購入してみました。
①ガドーフレーズ
甘さ抑え気味の高品質の生クリームと
ややしっとりのスポンジ
驚きは中サンドの生クリームが
とても多い。
スポンジの幅と同等位の厚みで
不思議にマッチしている
②マルキーズ・ショコラ
とてもビターでしつこさのない上品な味
③タルト・フリュイ・ルージュ
見た目通りはなやかで
酸味のベリーと甘めのクリームが
相性が良く
ただ…
タルト生地がちょっと…カタイ
ホールケーキについて聞いてみると
特に何かあるわけではないらしい
イチゴ生デコのホールは
ガドーフレーズのカットされない前の物
なるほど…なんとも…
ごちそう様でした
