最寄り駅は札幌市営地下鉄東西線「西28丁目駅」。
2番出口から徒歩5分ほどの場所にある。
ランチタイムに訪問。
注文してから4分ほどで、セットのオレンジジュース登場。
そこから10分ほどで、本日のランチセット登場。
プレートの上には、道産牛豚鶏合挽きハンバーグ。
ソースは、タンドリーソース。
付け合わせに、フライドポテト・海苔のサラダ。
それでは、いただきバーグ！
道産牛3:道産豚5:道産鶏2のドーナツ型合挽きミンチ肉は、むちむちとした肉感とともにジューシー感も共存する秀逸な仕上がり！
そこにあわさる道産ヨーグルト使用のタンドリーソースが、まろやかながらもスパイシー感楽しめる味わいで卵黄のコクと相まってこのミンチ肉に華麗にマッチー！
さらにペレットで自分好みに火入れできるのも嬉しいところ！
というわけで、必殺白米マリアージュ発動！
そのまま一気に完食。
今回はランチバーグにしたけど通常メニューのハンバーグも気になるー！
