こちらの「すし割烹 柿八」さんは不定期ですが東京下北沢にある「くらうましもきた」さんの店内で出張販売してるのですが、嬉しいテイクアウトにハマっております。
今回は初めて“花ちらし”を予約したのですが、酢飯とネタのバランスが絶妙で味わい深く美味しく頂きました♪
そして石臼挽きの国産大豆を使って油揚を手作りされた、香りのいいお揚げさんが中味を引き立てる“いなり寿司”中味は山わさび、香味野菜、柚子、牛時雨煮、しば漬けのラインナップで、どれを口に運んでも上品にバランスが保たれておりパクパクと口の中に消えて行きます…来月は5月5日らしいので興味のある方は是非予約してお召し上がり下さい。
