久々におそばランチでもしようと、老舗のこちらへ訪問。
創業１９４５年。
釧路の竹老園総本店からの、のれん分けだとか。
札幌でも既に５０年の時が過ぎたんだそうです。
通し営業なので、混雑を避けるために１４：００頃訪問。
さすがにゆったりとしています。
町のお蕎麦屋さん風情の気取らない雰囲気ながらも、おそばは本格的。
寒いので、温かい「蝦天南そば」にしました。
最初に薬味のネギと箸が出てきます。
続いておそば。
最近はおつゆを飲むのにれんげのようなものを出すお店が多いですが、こちらはないんですねぇ。
それもこだわりかな？
おそばは更科の色白美人さん。
最初に入っているネギもいい香り。
そばつゆは甘すぎず、ほどほどなかんじ。
エビは大きめ。衣もちょうど良き。
プリプリの蛯をちょっとずついただきながら。笑
全体のボリュームはそう多くはありません。
薬味のネギも全部入れたら、小皿にロゴが。
こういうのが老舗のこだわりでもありますよねぇ
中庭が見えるテーブル席と、奥には小上り席もあります。
ちょっと変わりそばをいただこうとすると、なかなかのお値段です（苦笑）
お店の方は、マニュアルとは対極の心のこもった接客です。
毎年年末の年越しそばでにぎわうニュースの常連店でもありますね。ｗｗ
お店のＨＰを見ると、藤棚があるんですねぇ。
藤の季節に再訪してみたいですね。
