ちゃんぽん界はリンガーハットが席巻していることから、なかなか本場のリンガ以外のものを食べることができない。冷食で済ませることが多いジャンルだ。札幌の一鶴が美味いというので行ってみた。自分は徒歩なので、西線9条で電車を降りて雪の中を15分ほど歩く。帰りは地下鉄円山公園駅を利用したが、歩き時間は同じくらいという距離だった。14時だが満席で少し待つ。ちゃんぽんと高菜ご飯にしてみた。ここは太平燕（タイピイエン）もある。へえ、珍しい。ケンミンショーによく出る熊本県民が大好きな御当地中華が太平燕で、春雨麺である。これがあるということは、熊本系の豚骨ベースが堪能できそう。予想は当たり、豚骨ベースの汁が美味い。こってりしているようで意外にあっさりし、塩味もそれ程強くない。久留米の大砲ラーメンのような北から中部にかけての九州豚骨感が出ていると思う、具材も豊富で太麺も美味い。脂が結構入っているが美味しいだけで気にならない。これはちゃんぽんのイメージが変わるね。美味い。
高菜ご飯は、見た目以上に入っており、少し酸味のある高菜が美味い。豚骨ラーメンの隣にあるような辛い高菜ではないので、口直しにはよいが、お腹が一杯になりすぎる。札幌で、脱リンガである。
