真夏にちゃんぽんを食べに行きました。
札幌でちゃんぽん専門店は珍しく、ここは人気店の本店とのこと。
11時開店だったので少し前に行ったのですが先客1組。
その後はあれよあれよといううちにどんどんお客さんが。
入った頃には待ち客も！
早く来て良かった〜！
まずは券売機で買うスタイル。
私は王道のちゃんぽんにしました。
厨房で調理が始まりました。
暑い。
これは暑いわ。
今年の夏は特に暑いですが、厨房の熱が全部こちら側に来る。
こちら側がこんなに暑いのに厨房は一体どうなっているんだろうか。
そんな心配をしてしまいました。
クーラーはあるようでしたが、イマイチ効いていなかった気がしますw
約10分でちゃんぽん到着！
まずはスープのクリーミーさに驚きました。
飲んでみると優しいんだけどコクがある。
しっかり具材の味が滲み出ててめちゃくちゃ美味しい。
この時点で今までのちゃんぽんを超えて来たのに、ツルツルシコシコ麺を食べて更に超えて来ました。
これ無限に食べれるやつじゃないw？
私、野菜が大ぶりに切られているのが苦手なのですがこちらは細かく食べやすくなっています。
それもわたし的には高ポイントでした。
結果麺は勿論、スープもほぼ完飲！
なんて美味しいちゃんぽんだろうか…。
もっと早く知りたかった。
これは定期的に通います。
そうそう、この日某芸人さん数名のサインが飾ってあり「あぁ、来たんだねぇ」なんて話していたら数日後にそのテレビが！
大絶賛していましたね。
それぐらい本当に美味しいです。
でもしばらくは混みあっちゃうかな（それでなくても混んでるのに）。
ごちそうさまでした！
