A little over 20 minutes walk from Maruyama Koen Station, this is a residence and Restaurants. The former head chef of Windsor Toyako is a counter French cuisine restaurant that accepts one group for lunch and dinner. It may get pitch black at night, so I went there for lunch. Mr. Windsor is a Jimi Page fan, so there are figures, guitars, and amps on display (lol). The food is light and easy to eat with chopsticks, which is more Japanese-style.
