さっぽろ朝市の中で朝の５時半から営業しているお寿司屋さんです。
わずかなカウンターとテーブルしかない小さな店で、私は平日朝の7時半に行ったのですんなり入れましたが、時間がずれると並ぶことになると思います。
おまかせ特選握りを注文。
メニュー画像に関わらず、好きなネタを二つずつ選べるというので、左上から、
キンキ、蟹、鮑、雲丹、シャコ
をそれぞれ2個ずつ注文。
美味です。
おまかせは絶対に自分でネタを選択した方が良いですよ。
