A special space limited to 2 groups per day. selection Please enjoy the course 8,000 yen and a wide variety of sake.
Listed in the "Michelin Guide Hokkaido 2012", this is a full-fledged kaiseki made by the owner who has trained at many famous restaurants in the Kanto and Kansai regions. The many beautiful dishes nev |
I've been interested in this restaurant for a long time (*´ω`*) Before COVID, they only accepted two groups per day, but now during the COVID-19 pandemic, they are a kaiseki restaurant that operates by reservation only and accepts one group per day (*´ω`*) Meals are only 8,000 yen. There is selection menu, it is an omakase. The food was very delicious (*´ω`*) We dipped the sashimi in their homemade dressing instead of soy sauce. There were many ingredients that are hard to find on a regular basis, such as blackthroat seaperch, conger eel, and rare somen noodles from Tokushima, and each dish seemed to be very busy (*´ω`*) I think people's tastes will differ in the service and the layout of the restaurant. It felt more like a visit to someone's home than a restaurant. But for this price, the food was very delicious, and you probably wouldn't be able to eat it at all (*´ω`*) I forgot to take a picture of the dessert.。・゚・(ノД`)・゚・。
