Entered the restaurant at 18:00. I ordered Asahi "Maruefu" in advance. It was a hot day today, so the beer was especially delicious. The mackerel sushi was well-seasoned. The clams were plump and full of flavour. The sake this time was wine-style and slightly sweet. The steamed sea urchin and abalone were flavoursome. The sashimi was well-balanced. I also ordered a glass of Amami brown sugar shochu with hot water. The grilled trout was fatty and delicious. The meal consisted of scallop rice, red miso soup and pickles. I took half the rice home with me. I finished with dessert and tea. As always, it was satisfying.
