地下鉄丸山公園駅直結、マルヤマクラスの中にあるブーランジェリーです。
朝食パンの調達に、大好きなメゾンカイザーの系列というので選んでみました。
店内で飲食もできて、パンの食べ放題もあるとのことで魅力的。
でも今回は朝食用なので、2点だけ購入して帰りました。
エピナールチーズ 290円
エピナールチーズは、ほうれん草とチーズを練り込んだパン。しっとりした中に、チーズのうまみ。
とうもろこしのエクメック 281円
エクメックというと、メゾンカイザーでははちみつとオリーブオイルを使ったパン。
とうもろこしの甘みと生地の甘みがよいハーモニー。
どちらもおいしかったです。
ただ、前日食べたブーランジェリーコロンさんがおいしすぎて、比べるとさすがにコロンさんが上ですね。
