平日の17:00過ぎに訪問しました。マルヤマクラスに入ってるいい感じのパン屋さんです。
●とうもろこしのエクメック 281円
コーンとコーンフレークが入ったパンだそうです。
ぐぐってみるとエクメックはトルコ語でパンという意味の語でした。
自然な甘みがあって美味しかったです。
はちみつ生地ということですが、はちみつかどうかは馬鹿舌なのでわかりませんでした。
