北海道の友人の結婚式です。
地元とは色々やりかたが異なっていて、面白かったです。
北海道の披露宴では、お祝儀袋は不要です。
受付で財布から現金を出して、会費を払います。これ、どきどきして事前に何回も確認しました。
式の後、ウェルカムパーティ。飲み放題のお酒を頂きながら、新郎新婦さんと談笑できます。いいシステムですね。
ここには世界のビール６種類ありました。
いよいよ披露宴。もちろんとってもいい式で、涙ぐんでた人の数が一番多かった気がしました。
料理です。
前菜 北海道産帆立貝のマリネと伊達農園ゆり根 雪に見立てたカリフラワーのサラダ仕立て
スープ 菜園の熟成じゃが芋のポタージュ トリュフのクーリー添え
お魚 ゆず香る真鯛と冬蕪のカルタファタ包み蒸し
お肉 牛ロースの低温ローストとシェフが育てたビーツのピュレ 艶やかな赤ワインソース
デザート りんごのキャラメルソテーとバニラアイスクリーム ふんわり暖かい牛乳の泡と共に
ゆり根食べたのが久しぶりで、食感が嬉しかったです。真鯛と蕪の包み蒸しは、風味のブレンドがいい具合でした。
牛ロースは、柔らかくはなかったです。海鮮丼は、ビュッフェでいただいたもの。海老にホタテにサーモン、流石北海道です。
思い出に残る、いい式でした！
