今日は円山まで、うに丼食べにお友達とお邪魔しました。
前回、初うに丼食べに積丹まで行ったものの、食べられなく帰宅。
今日はとても楽しみです。
オープン時間にお邪魔しました。
ビルの1階が駐車場です。ビルの2階にお店があります。
店内、明るくお洒落な雰囲気です。
和装の店員さんに、予約したことを伝え、お席を案内してもらいます。個室に案内して頂きました。
私も友人も、うに丼ですが、出てきたお料理にびっくり！
うに丼だけ出てくるのかと思いましたが、
サラダに茶碗蒸し、小鉢、汁物、色々ついています。
うに丼は、うにたっぷり！
早速、うにから頂きますが、塩水うにとの事ですので、何もつけずにそのまま頂きます。
とっても甘くて濃厚、塩分がありますので余計に甘さがひきたち美味しいです。
始めは、お醤油かけませんで、そのままご飯と頂きます。
ご飯の上の焼き海苔は手作りとの事ですが、香り良くしっかりした海苔で、ご飯やうにに混じる事なく、素敵な役目を果たしています。
お味噌汁ですが、ハートの麩が何とも愛らしいく、とろろがさらり。
サラダは、生のとうもろこしが甘くインパクト大です。
蟹の身たっぷりのりました茶碗蒸しは、甘さ控えめの上品なお味でとても滑らか。
具材も鶏肉、栗、白玉と季節を感じます。
たっぷりのうにを頂き、満腹感たっぷりなのですが、食後のデザートまで出てくるとの事。嬉しいです♪
飲み物は、アイスコーヒーをお願いしました。
デザートは素敵な器にババロア、上には柚子のシャーベットでしょうか。旬と形作られたチョコレートがとてもお洒落です。
ババロアは濃厚甘さ控えめ、滑らか。
素敵なランチタイムでした！
