久しぶりの訪問。
ハンバーグと迷った結果、
.生姜焼き定食に。
生姜の香りが強めで、私の好きな感じでした。
見た目はお肉が硬そうな印象でしたが、
食べてみるとほろほろ柔らかく、ご飯にも合いますね
豚の脂は苦手なので残しましたが、
少し食べてみたら綺麗な脂でした⭐︎
米も美味しく、ツヤツヤ♪
付け合わせの茶碗蒸しも優しく滑らかで、
漬物、赤身の刺身、小鉢も手抜きされてません！
味噌汁の温度もちょうど良かったなり 赤味噌かな？
.愛方の鯖の味噌煮は梅？がのってて、
ほのかな酸味がありました。
私はもっと味噌のコッテリなのが好きかな〜
でもさっぱり系でこれはこれで良かったと⭐︎
トータル的に大変満足できまして。
時間が経っても胃がもたれなかったので、
やはり素良質な素材を使われているのでしょう。
日当たりが良く、ポカポカ空間( *˙-˙* )
スタッフの対応も良きで、ぜひまた来たいです♪
次回はハンバーグ定食にしよう。
