すすきのにある頃から行ってみたいと思っていた直伝屋さん。
移転後に初訪問です。
★札幌味噌
一見結構こってりそうだな～と思いましたが、スープを飲んでみると思ったほどこってりじゃないです。
もう少し濃いめこってりでもいいくらいかな？
チャーシューは柔らかくほどよい脂身加減。
麺にもっとスープが絡んで欲しかったですが、さらっと纏うくらいでした。
★温玉チャーシュー丼
最近ミニめし系にハマっており、完全カロリーオーバーなのに頼んじゃいました(^o^;)
結構甘めでかため食感のチャーシュー。
ネギのアクセントが良いですが、ちょっと甘すぎかな？
チャーシューももっと柔らかめで脂身のある感じがよかったかも。
すすきのの時はお味どうだったのかな？変わってないのかな？もう少しこってりさや香ばしさが欲しかった所ですね。
食べやすい感じでしたので、場所的には家族連れなどちょうど良いのかも？
