北海道神宮入口から徒歩５分ほどのところにあります。
宮の森１条１０丁目というＪＲバスのバス停のすぐ近くです。
お店は、建物の地下です。
扉を開けるとフワッとお香の匂いがします。
空いている席に案内されました。
メニューを渡されました。
ランチメニューがあるのですが、あえて単品の
『ドラゴンロール』
を注文しました。
周りを見渡してみました。
厨房に向かうカウンターに４席
テーブルカウンターに８席
四人掛けテーブル席が２つあります。
およそ10分ほどで運ばれてきました。
見たことのない新鮮なお寿司です。
全部で八貫あります。
緑色したのがアボガドなのでしょう。
そのアボガド寿司が６貫あります。
残り二貫がうなぎです。
さらにその上にはとびっこが、ちょこん、と載っています。
握り寿司というより巻き寿司が近い感じです。
中央にはきゅうりがあり、それをシャリや海苔で巻いてあります。
このきゅうりがシャキシャキで食感が楽しいです。
うなぎやとびっこがちょうどよい塩味加減でした。
