2階は広々としていますが
隣のテーブルの煙が少し流れてきました( ･᷄ὢ･᷅)
道内の契約農家から仕入れた野菜をふんだんに使った
本格イタリアンからオツマミ系まで
幅広いラインナップのビストロ
常連さんによると、リゾットとパスタが絶品らしい
オーダーは5人なので二人前ずつ、常連さんにお任せしました
サラダはキュウリとキャベツがセンターポジションを
キープしていますが、影に隠れた素揚げズッキーニが
甘くて美味しい！
手羽先は熱々！スパイシーなカレー味で夏にピッタリ
ハートランドビールが合いすぎる
ウニパスタはクリーミーでコクがありながらも
くどくなく食べやすい(๑´ڡ`๑)固めの茹で加減も好み
ソーセージはパリッジュワッ♪
にこやかな笑顔のシェフ
