昨日は仕事終わりにどうしても家系が食いたくなり猛吹雪の中こちら銀家さんへ！結構遠かったです笑
家系ってふと食べたくなるし、札幌にはあまり家系がないようで困ってます笑
19時半ごろ到着。店内は広く、先客は一名。まぁこの大雪で来る人いないよなと思いながら食券を購入。
自分はのり玉ラーメンという海苔と味玉が入っているラーメンをポチり。健康のためほうれん草もトッピング！
席に着くと店員さんに無料サービスを案内されます！なんとこれでも頼めんのかとびっくり！太っ腹ですね。自分はもう一つ味玉を追加してもらいました、固め濃いめはもちろんです。麺の太さと太麺か細麺で選べますし、無料のライスもあります。ライスは小で！
着丼すると、素晴らしいビジュアル！スープは粘度が高めでドロドロ、麺はツルツル太麺！
チャーシューも柔らかくトッピングも大満足。寒さからなのかこんなに家系美味かったか？くらい感動。ニンニクと胡椒をたくさん入れて完食！ごちそうさまでした！
