とある休日、ブックマークしてありました中央区南5条西25丁目にありますかなり渋くてオシャレなカフェ？です。
駐車場は未確認です。
今まで気付かなかったマンションの建物1階にある店舗は入り口入った瞬間からカッコイい空間が広がりテンション上がりちょっとしたカウンターとたくさんは無いゆとりのテーブル席で構成されます。
BGMは良い音でジャズが流れています。
この日メニューより、おおっ！カフェ・・・っとすれば気合いの入ったお料理と気合いの入ったお値段に一瞬固まりますがテンション上がっているつもりで“天然エビのココナッツカレー(1580円)”とドリンクも頼まなきゃみたいなので珍しい“深入りラオス(650円)”をお願いしてみます。
暫くして完成しました。ウーン♡立ち上るココナッツの香りが素敵です。
では一口・・・オヒョー！凝ってますねぇ！。
ココナッツはペーストとかじゃなくすりおろしたものでしょうか？シャリシャリしたのが舌に残り好印象♡、そのインパクトを上回る美味しいエビが鬼のようにたくさん入っているのは驚き、ご飯も良いお米なのが僕でも分かります。
その隣には紫玉ねぎスライス、ホクホクジャガイモのコショウ纏ったフライ、慣れてる僕でも結構苦いゴーヤスライス、ネギ、オクラ、絹さや？ではなく空豆？、もう一つは絹さや？、素材自体が美味しいカブ、ナスみたいなカブ？、アスパラ、ハイレベルな美味しさのカボチャ辺りを確認出来、カップには何かと思えば甘～いパインのジャムみたいなので後からカレーに混ぜるものだと思い混ぜたらバッチリでした♪。
食後コーヒー到着、では改めて・・・おーっ、ラオスぅ～♪。
これは出会った事が無いような味わいです。
香りから果実っぽいものを感じられましたがひと口啜れば豆の種類が全然違うのは僕でも分かり、程良い苦みと良い感じのコク、後味に微かにフワッと酸味が残るように思えました。
ふと、洗練された素材を使った美味しいお料理と良い音楽が流れる静かな空間・・・素敵です♪。しかしながら現実として合計で2000円オーバーになるので頻繁には伺え無いかなぁ…。
