札幌市中央区大通西24丁目、フードセンター（スーパーマーケットの西向い）建物2階。
階段上る入口に、メニュー表が出ています。
しかも完全禁煙！！素晴らしいお店～。
階段上って店舗へ。
中へ。
奥に厨房、その前にカウンター席が3つ。席数間引いて使用しています。
先客はカウンターに女性ソロ。
手前に4人掛けテーブル席が3つあり。
「お好きな席へどうぞ！」←これまた好感ですねぇ。
声掛けしてくれたので、テーブル席へ。
ランチは写真メニューの通り、単品の他、いろいろ付いたワンプレート、飲茶セットなど。
その中でセレクトランチ 2000円（2名～）を発見。
※1名利用でも2200円と200円増しでオーダーできる。

これならソロでもいろいろ食べられて楽しめますな。
■角ハイボール＝ちょいとウイスキー薄いかなぁ。
■サラダ＝レタスに紅心大根？春巻きの皮を揚げたものを砕いてトッピング。
このパリパリ感がたまらないです。
■海老玉子チリ
＝海老が5つくらい、玉子が入ったチリソース炒め。辛さは程好い。
■麻婆豆腐
＝絹ごし豆腐でトロトロ食感。辛さはこれまた程よい。山椒はほぼ感じない。
■酢豚
＝豚肉はバラ肉ではなくヒレ肉使用だと思われる。肉柔らかくて食べやすい。
蓮根、玉ねぎ、パプリカ、ズッキーニの野菜も。餡がとても緩めでした。
■担々麺
「通常は麺はハーフですけれど、一人前食べられますか？」と聞いてくれたので、
「はい、お願いします！」と即答する私（笑
細麺ストレート、ひき肉、青梗菜トッピング、ビジュアルは実に美味そうな見ためです。
スープはやはり辛味は抑えめ、味付けも濃さは無くて、あっさりテイストです。
■杏仁豆腐
デザートは杏仁豆腐、杏仁の風味がしっかりプルンとした食感。
食事、麺か炒飯か迷ってどちらも食べてみたいなぁ。
次回は黒炒メニューも食べてみたい。
