2018年オープンの比較的新しいお店です
店主のご実家が寿司屋を営んでいるということのようですね
諸々を拝見しているとランチが人気のようですね
鮨やしろもそうですが、円山エリアは鮨ランチの需要が旺盛ということなのかな(・ω・)
夜は今は15,000円のコースと25,000円のコースの2種類のようですね
後者は鮨一幸と同じ価格ですねー
つまみは割とシンプルな感じでしたが、茶碗蒸しにはほれなりの量のトリュフオイルが用いられていました
他のレビューを拝見するとランチでも提供されているようなので、これがこちらの定番の一皿ということでしょうか
握りは甘エビ、ボタンエビ、ホッキ貝、ツブ貝、ウニなど北海道産の鮨種が中心で、酢飯はかなり小振りですね
そういえば卵焼きが出ませんでした
ランチは3,500円と5,000円の2種類となっており、先行レビューを拝見する限りでは、握りの内容も昼と夜でさほど変わらないように見受けられたので、そちらの方が(かなり)お得なのかもしれませんね(^ ^;
