どうやら、ちょっと素敵なエリアの様に感じました。
小洒落たお店も多い。
駐車場がないので、近隣に駐車。30分200円のエリア。

コンクリート打ちっ放し風！中吹き抜けのビルの二階。
ランチ11時半〜14時。予約要。
ドレスコード、精練された大人の装い。
やばい。。。
入ると、檜カウンター8席のみ。
そして、精練された北海道マダムたちもすでに来店されていた。。。
ヤバイ。
そして、僕、料理人です！とおっしゃったら、イタリアン？と答えてしまいそうな、お寿司屋さんの大将からぬ、イタリアン風シェフといった感じのイケメン大将。
前席を確保してくださってるσ^_^;
予約時間遅れで、車走らせてます！の連絡で、
座ると
お車だから熱いお茶でいいですよね。。とスタッフの方が出してくださる。ありがたい。
前で、大将がとなりのマダム様に、器に、二口丼程度の
雲丹、いくらが輝く。
わぁー。ええコースなんやろなぁ。夜メニューオーダーなんかな。。。
さて、初めは、サラダ！？
握りスタート！
①松川カレイ 白身のいい感じ
②野付半島の帆立 ポッテリ甘く美味しい
③サーモン
④カワハギ肝のせ 白身と肝いい感じ
⑤チィップ 姫鱒 ヒメマス久しぶり。
ここで、ピクルス。きりっとよくきいた酢がめちゃくちゃいい感じ。
茶碗蒸しは、トリフュオイル仕上げ。北海道の茶碗蒸しって甘い仕上げで昔はなれなかったのですが、今は大丈夫！
⑥四国のシマアジ 脂感よく美味しい！
ここで、また一品！
富山のホタルイカ、アスパラ豆腐、厚岸の白魚、磯つぶ
美味しいにきまってます。
