1ヶ月ほど前に食べログから予約の上でランチに訪問させていただきました。
札幌の「鮨しか食べないツアー」3件目は「鮨処とうげ」さん。おしゃれなビルの2階にあり奥行きがある為に圧迫感のないカウンターです。
結論としてはランチで来るのは勿体ない、ぜひとも夕食としてお酒とともにいただきたいお店でありました。
ランチ利用でしたのでビールと日本酒2合でやめておきましたが、夜ならお酒がすすむメニューです。
ガリは甘味のない塩気と酸味のあるタイプ。ランチは握りだけかと思いきやお料理も出てきてびっくり。5,500円でこんなに出るの？という感じ。
白子ポン酢、つぶ貝煮、松前、くじらベーコン白髪ネギ、カスベ(エイ)煮などがワンプレートで提供されました。そして茶碗蒸しに特徴があり初めて食べる感じの物でしたが何の香りでしょう？トリュフオイル？がとても良い香りで気になりました。
握りは中トロから始まり、イカ、ほたて、生さば、しまあじ、北寄貝、北寄ヒモ、赤身、ひらめ、いくら(順不同)
お椀はカニ出汁の香りがとても良く、火を通しすぎていないアオサ入り。
ランチでこのクオリティなら夜は嫌でも期待がふくらみますね。この内容で5,500円！驚きの内容とボリュームで1万円クラスのランチと比較しても遜色ないどころか勝っています。スタッフさんの接客も素晴らしく、大将との会話も楽しみながら素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。
これは良いお店に出会いました。
