土曜日の13時過ぎに妻とランチで来ました。お店は裏参道に面していて分かりやすい場所。
美味しそうなメニューがたくさんで目移りしますが、排骨飯と台湾混ぜ麺をメインに据えて、魯肉（ルーロー）サラダ（小）と小籠湯包（2コ入り）を頼みました。
魯肉サラダは、小とはいえ、たっぷり野菜に魯肉、その上にパクチーが添えてあります。魯肉は野菜にもとても合うのですね。生野菜が上質なお料理にアップグレードしました。とても美味しい。
台湾混ぜそばは、「よく混ぜて食べて下さい。」と案内されて、そばの上に載せてあったうまそげな固形物をほぐして混ぜて食べると、五香粉の香りと共に複雑な風味と旨みを感じます。
排骨飯は、カリッと揚げた豚カツが乗ったライスに、高菜？っぽい刻んだ野菜に唐辛子など混ぜ込んだ付け合わせをご飯に絡めて食べます。これもとても美味しいです。
他のメニューも食べたいですね。
