朝から飲むビール美味しい！
お通しは
「雪ノ下キャベツと三葉のおひたし」
雪ノ下キャベツの甘味
三つ葉のほろ苦さがナイスマリアージュ！
薄口のお出汁で 素材の味が生きてます
美味しくいただいていると
薬味とツユが先に登場
長ネギ&辛味大根と山わさび
お蕎麦の提供まで 10分少々
キリッと締められた細切り蕎麦
まずはそのままいただきます
なめらかなのど越しのお蕎麦
美味しい＼(^-^)／
次に ツユにつけていただくと
鰹が来たあと ほんのり甘さを感じます
薬味をいれると ぴりっと引き締まる感じ
この薬味だけで飲めそう(#^.^#)
蕎麦湯はサラサラ透明タイプ
美味しく飲み干して 完食！
札幌は全く初めてで
なんの縁もない土地なんです
と、おっしゃってた 物静かなご主人
今度は 札幌に移転を決めた由来を
