フレンチとお蕎麦を楽しめる新しいスタイルの
坂さん。
お昼はお蕎麦と蕎麦前、夜はフレンチを楽しめる
2形態のお店です。
夜はフレンチの〆にお蕎麦がいただけます。
恵比寿「丁未（ひのとひつじ）・坂」の亭主、
坂宜則さんは、その頃、全国の蕎麦屋を訪ねて
回る旅を続けられていたそうです。
お蕎麦の香りが運ばれてきたときに
しっかりと香りがたちます。
口の中でも香りは広がるお蕎麦に
驚きました。
かつおなどのだしがスッと味わえる
旨み楽しめるつゆにも笑顔になります。
次は週末のお昼にゆっくり過ごしてみたいですね。
