３ヶ月遅れの旦那さんの誕生日のお祝いに、リクエストに答え初訪問です。
店内はとても明るく、開放的な空間でコロナ対策なのか、テーブルの間隔は、かなり広く取ってあります。
大きなガラス窓の目の前は、スキージャンプ台です。
ランチコース、3850円+1320円(共に税込)で魚、肉両方付けました。
メニューは写真を参考にして下さい。
アミューズ３種、カレー味のグラタン。フレンチでカレー味？
キノコスープ。一口人参とホタテムース。
前菜、レバームース。
くささが無く食べやすかった。
フランスパンより、２個目に出たパンはもちもちして美味。
ただ、バターがあんまり…
魚料理、ぶりのポアレ。
生臭さがあり、べちゃっとしてもう少しカリッとしてた方が。
技術の差でしょうか？
ブロッコリーはガーリックが効いてて美味しかった。
肉料理、完全に中華の豚の角煮味で、食べ進むとくどさが。
デザートは見た目は残念ですが、プラムのアクセント良かったです。
コーヒー、小菓子。
シェフのコンセプトは「新しい芽」という店名にふさわしい、和とフレンチの融合した豊潤で繊細な一皿をお届けします。
ですが、好き嫌いが別れる料理だと感じました。
私は正統フレンチが好きだな～。
