なんとなく満点あげたいお店です(理由は後に説明します)
店に行く前に他のロコミを読んだら、みんな変態な寿司屋さんとよばれていて、これはなかなか料理に使わない形容詞なんですが、逆に気になってたまらないですね
この店のいいとこはまとめて言うとこの二つ: オリジナル料理(いわば他の寿司屋に見たことない)がばんばん出されることとコスパがいいことです
その中で一番印象的なのはタチの冷たいフライですね。普段白子は酸っぱいものと合わせるのをよく見るが、この発想はまず素晴らしいと思います。タチの柔らかさとパン粉のサクサク感が混じり合え、絶妙な食感を生み出します
その後、数の子+チーズの組み合わせもなかなか新鮮。そしてヤリイカに半田ごてで仕上げるのは一番受けました、みんな爆笑
葱鮪も魅力的で、鮨バージョンは初めてです。うますぎで追加注文もついしてしまいました
全体的に欠点がないひと飯で大満足でした
