次世代の若手が握る蝦夷前鮨！ : Sushi Yatsuha

For dinner today, I used sushi Yatsuba near Maruyama Park Station. The main store is Nakashibetsu, and it will be a sister restaurant of Sushi Watanabe, which has a restaurant in Susukino. The features of this shop are (1) It is held by young craftsmen. There are three points: (2) Shari and neta are basically the same as sushi watanabe, and (3) Ezomae sushi, which is a combination of Edo-mae work and Hokkaido ingredients. I heard that a special course of 8280 yen will be held on 8/28~31 after the name of the store. This place is open at noon by a popular Ramen shop called China Soba Casting, but the counter has a clean and calm atmosphere with 8 seats, and there is no smell of Ramen at all, so you can use it with confidence. Shari is red vinegar and the vinegar is strong, so I think that the preferences are clearly divided. It goes well with ingredients such as tuna and kohada! I also had about two drinks, but I personally think it is a good restaurant for counter sushi debut at an affordable price of about 10,000 yen. It was a treat. 鮨八つ葉さんを予約して利用しました。
鮨わたなべの系列店で若手の職人さんが握ってくれるお店です。

店内は清潔で空気が無理無臭でいいですねー
カウンターの８席のみで落ち着いた雰囲気です。

メニューはコース１種類のみで、こまめにまな板を拭いているのも好印象です。

ネタはわたなべと同じネタを使っているみたいで、美味しいですね。特筆すべき点はありませんが満足できました。

廻らないお鮨デビューに利用してもいいのではないかと個人的に思いました。
