カレーは神保町のボンディが好きです。
そこ以上のカレーなんか存在しないのでは、くらい思ってました。
が、軽く超えてくれた札幌のルーカレー。
札幌グルメのレベルの高さには感動で震えます。
何食べても美味しい、なんという土地。
盛り付けも美しく、オーナーさんもなんだか面白い経歴の持ち主ですね。
新しくできた北丸山店は外観は人の家感満載。
狭い入口を入ると階段を含めて空間をうまく立体的に使っていいます。
これは時間を忘れてのんびりしたい空間…
3階の二人がけソファ席に座らせて頂きました。
贅沢に一人で☆
平日13時に過ぎての訪問で、ゆったりした時間が流れてました。
浜カレーはライス小盛の辛さ3をチョイス。
エビの風味豊かなルーがとってもとっても美味しかったです。
具材も野菜から海鮮までたくさんの種類で食べ進めるのが楽しい一皿。
見た目の盛り付けと空間トータルでボンディよりもかなり満足度の高い時間を過ごさせて頂いた感じです。
