One day on a holiday, I visited a stylish cafe that had been bookmarked for lunch at Minami 6-jo Nishi 22-chome, Chuo-ku, which seemed to have opened relatively recently. At the same time as the store opened, it seems that there were no Hamburg steaks available at all, and 3 of the 7 types were sold out, so I decided to order the ``Smoked thick-sliced bacon Neapolitan (1000 yen)'' from what was left. . The Neapolitan that arrived on a non-juicy iron plate looks relatively compact in volume. Now, let's take a bite... The noodles are average in thickness and have a chewy texture, and I personally find the tomato sauce to be easy to eat as it feels like a TV reporter would exclaim, "It's rich!" or "Fruity and sour♡." Is it the amount of oil? . As for the ingredients, the benefit of ``smoking'' is a mystery to me, but there was a chunky pork bacon that was soft and soaked in flavor, and I was also able to confirm onions and green peppers. Suddenly, when it comes to Neapolitan, this is the place to be. . . I don't think there's anything to say. Also, this time there was a large number of seats and there was only one lady on the floor?
