場外市場の以前「倉庫カレー」の在った「万歳市場２階」に「2023年7月18日」にOPEN
した「海鮮丼カッテニシヤガレ」
１階は最近何かと話題の人気ラーメン店「NOUILLES JAPONAISE とくいち」・・・伺ったこの日も多くの客で賑わってました
建物左の細くて急な鉄製の階段を二階へ上がるとキンキンに冷房の効いた店内
簡素なテーブル５卓、一升瓶のプラスチック製ケースを利用した椅子
オペレーションは３～４０代ほどの男性２名
海鮮MENUはシンプルに４種類、少数精鋭的な品揃えでコスパ重視のようにも見える
オーダーは「カッテニシヤガレ丼＠1,680」
８分ほどでの提供
白飯の盛られた丼の上には、お造りの盛り付けた魚を象った皿が乗るような形で運ばれて来る
お造りは「鮪×３、サーモン×３、白身×３、鯛×３、帆立×２、タコ×２」
小皿に醤油を注ぎいただきます
この価格で量的にもしっかりでコスパ良く、それぞれのネタはトッピンではないが十分な鮮度
セルフで白飯の上に盛り付けるも良し、そのまま刺身定食でいただくのも良しで、店名通りの「カッテニシヤガレ」だ
若布入りの薄味の椀物も添えられている
硬めに炊かれた飯も丼にはピタリ、自分的には酢飯も有ると嬉しいところだ
海鮮を肴に朝から一杯も可
