メニューから映えそうで、
尚且つお刺身が色々と食べられる
カッテニシヤガレ丼を食べる事にしました。
ちょっと残念な内容だったのは、
全体的にご飯の状態が柔らかく
美味しいお米だとは思いますが、
食感的にはベタっとした感じは好みではないのです。
終始ご飯のこのコンデションが刺身と共に食べる際付きまといます。
これは、この日たまたまなのか、また別日で確認してみたいところではあります。
マグロは風味の面でちょっと好みから外れますが、
食感的なところではそこそこよい感じもあったりします。
鮪はやはり、本まぐろの美味いのが食べたいです。
白身は鰈らしく、アブラガレイのようなこってり感ある美味しさで、
エンガワの部位に至っては、これまた美味しさに惹かれるレベルです。
帆立のスライス度合いはちょっと薄過ぎて感じたのと、
ホタテでは不要な熟成の風味が少々生じ始めています。
こちら、万歳市場 2階では、以前カレーを食べたりと、
お店もちょくちょく変わってますが、
やはり中央卸売市場場外エリアでは、
海鮮物で落ち着いていくのでしょうか。
