この日は地元から家族が北海道に遊びにきてくれたので、せっかくならと札幌中央市場に。
着いたのは13時過ぎと結構遅めの時間でした。
やってるお店も限られていたので、呼び込みに応じてこちらのお店に。
店員さんはすごく感じの言い方で気持ちよく食事できました。
注文したのは雲丹丼4000円
夏に旬を迎える雲丹ですが、こちらで出てきたのはキタムラサキ。
わりとあっさり目の雲丹です。
が、溶けてる。
ミョウバン使ってない生雲丹なので取り扱いは難しいですが、鮮度はイマイチ。
雲丹は値段に比例しますが、残念でした。
観光客にはこれで納得されると思いますが、リピートはないですね。
