中華の気分なので久々に此方へ
2階に上がり店内へ
お世辞にも綺麗な店舗とは言えないがなんか落ち着くね
カウンター4席とテーブル5つの店内は12時50分の訪問で先客は2人
奥のテーブル席に座り年季の入ったメニューを拝見
週替わりメニューやランチセットもありますが
前に食べて美味かったレギュラーメニューの
四川麻婆豆腐 735円 と 白飯 210円 を注文です
10分程度で到着です
おぉ〜辛そうな色ですね
具材はシンプルに豆腐とネギのみ
早速頂きます
熱々の麻婆豆腐は四川山椒と豆辣辛醬が効いており
麻と辣がドーンとやって来ます
舌はビリッと 汗がジワっと 刺激的で美味いね〜
それをオンザライスして頬張ると米の甘さが麻婆豆腐の旨味を更に引き出しますね
やはり麻婆豆腐は白飯が合うね〜
途中から自家製辣油を追加して香りと辛味を更にアップ
もう口の中はビリビリと痺れ、汗もいっぱい！
