おはようございます。
先日、二次会でやっとのこと札幌の麻生で約30年営業している前からずっと気になっていたお店
鶏がさきか卵がさきか
に訪問することが出来ました。
地元では略称の「ニワタマ」と呼ばれ愛されてる、チキンとオムレツ、エビフライとサラダが売りのお店とのこと。
まず3人で入り口のドアらしき扉を開けると、「壁」
これが偽りのドア
いきなり騙されました(笑)
店内にはニワトリのグッズがあちらこちらに
まずはモヒートを一杯
次に若い2人が「とりあえずのエビフライ」
そして、この店の鉄板比率
オムレツとオムライスの比率が1:0.6の
まるでオムレツのようなオムライス
キター！
こんなフワフワ卵のオムライス見たことありません。
さすが約３０年もチキンと卵一筋で続けられてるお店のオムライス
歴史を感じます。
こんなに卵が美味しいならと私を除く若い2人は「たまごかけご飯」まで突入！

サラダも充実していました。
スモールサラダの「サラダ井戸端野菜会議」でもこのボリューム
このボリュームにさらに懲りずにチキンも名物だと聞いて、チキンカツを3切れ程度ならと注文
それがまたまたすごいボリューム
たまたま体もボリュームのあるメンバーが同伴していたため、なんとか食べることが出来ました。
